Return and Refund Policy

At Time for a Chocolate Milk Run, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. Because each item is prepared specifically for your purchase, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, fit, color preference, or simply changing your mind.

Please review the product description, sizing information, and available options carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will review your request and work with our fulfillment partner to determine an appropriate resolution. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Please do not return an item before contacting us for instructions.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, or personal preference are not guaranteed. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and any applicable shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or refund an order.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the shipment and work with our fulfillment partner to determine whether a refund or replacement is available under the applicable shipping policy.
